Even though we started our Mother’s Day Projects two weeks ago, we were finishing the last ones today before lunch. That’s a little too close for comfort. Thank goodness for Monica, our high school helper. She helped some of the kids with their typing Wednesday which saved a lot of time.
The projects were really cute. The kids all made two flower pens and wrote 3 paragraphs describing their moms. The writings were decorated with a self-portrait and laminated.
I guess I’ll find out at the next parent day if the mothers liked their gifts!
